Using a specific quick check tool, we analysed the current business situation of a German media service provider. Based on the results of this analysis we are now, in the second phase of the project, developing an innovative strategy adapted to the market situation. Afterwards we will accompany the concept / implementation phase, in which the jointly determined measures are going to be implemented.
To develop people includes developing the management and working culture at all levels of the business organization. At a large German commercial printing enterprise we are currently coaching the sales staff. A process of change shall motivate the employees to take an active part in shaping the company’s future.
In order to conquer markets, one has to know the initial situation of the company. For a medium-sized German label printer we are presently identifying the current status of customer-, product- and distribution structures as well as the state of the applied systems. The results from these investigations will provide the basics for a sales strategy and the definition of specific measures. An implementation schedule will complete the project.
With an internationally operating group of packaging manufacturers, we are currently working on an efficiency project. LEAN Management requires an analysis of the financial situation, the customer segmentation and the current production figures. In workshops the staff is trained to improve tidiness and cleanliness, to reduce setup time and optimize material logistics. A considerable cost saving potential is mesurable.
Mergers and acquisitions require discretion and speed. In this area we are currently working for a printing company. A clearly defined project strategy helps to prepare the searching process, to select interested parties and to conduct sales negotiations. We accompany the entire process, right up to completion of contract, transfer and integration.
